Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StockZEN.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

5. Founding Partner Program

Customers accepted into the StockZEN.AI Founding Partner Program ("Founding Partners") receive three (3) months of complimentary access to their chosen paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Intelligence tier — excludes Enterprise and custom plans) subject to the following conditions:

  • Founding Partners agree to grant StockZEN.AI read access to relevant inventory and point-of-sale data for the purpose of testing and refining integrations. Any write access will be agreed separately and explicitly in advance.
  • Founding Partners agree to provide periodic feedback, including participation in at least one (1) monthly check-in call during the free period.
  • Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be used by StockZEN.AI for product development and marketing purposes. No personally identifiable information or company-identifying data will be published without separate written consent.
  • Founding Partners who maintain an active paid subscription after the complimentary period are guaranteed their signup pricing ("Founder Rate") for the lifetime of that continuous subscription. StockZEN.AI will not increase the Founder Rate, even as list prices increase for new customers. This guarantee lapses if the subscription is cancelled and later restarted.
  • Either party may withdraw from the Founding Partner Program at any time without penalty. Withdrawal does not entitle the Founding Partner to a refund of any paid amounts, nor does it obligate StockZEN.AI to extend the complimentary period.

Acceptance into the Founding Partner Program is at StockZEN.AI's sole discretion. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StockZEN.AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership over content you upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockZEN.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
