Does the free plan really include Autopilot?
Yes. Autopilot — the mode where AI places purchase orders without waiting for your approval — is included on every plan. The only difference on Free is scale: 1 location and 50 POs per month.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days you automatically move to the Free plan. No surprise charges. If you choose to upgrade, your card is charged for the remaining days of that month (prorated), then $299/location/month from the next billing cycle.
Why doesn't Free limit product catalog size?
The AI gets more accurate with more data. Capping your product count would hurt the quality of forecasting and anomaly detection. We'd rather the AI be accurate.
How does per-location billing work?
Each physical location is billed separately. A restaurant group with 3 locations on Intelligence pays $897/month. Locations can be added or removed at any time — billing adjusts automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings page. Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
